Why Cheddar's partner Azad Cola wants to seize No.1 Oxford Street Hotel located at Osu in Accra

1 Oxford Street Hotel, in a press release issued Thursday afternoon (July 23, 2026), said they have filed an appeal against the Accra High Court order granting permission for police assistance to forcefully take over the building.

Following that move, Azad Cola and his company, Cola Holdings, have initiated moves to take possession of the hotel building located in Accra, but Bediako is litigating and has appealed the decision.
