Classifieds FAQs
Is posting an ad free?
Yes. Posting is free for everyone. Every ad is reviewed by a human before it appears, so anything live on the board has already been checked.
How long does an ad stay live?
Thirty days from approval. After that it expires and disappears, so the board never fills up with dead listings. Post again when it sells.
Why was my ad rejected?
Most rejections are for missing details (no price, no location, no phone), prohibited items, or text that breaks our clean-language rule. Fix those and repost.
How do I stay safe when buying?
Meet in a public place during the day, inspect before paying, never send money to a mobile-money number before you have the goods, and never pay a deposit to someone you have not met.
Sellers: put a working Ghana number — buyers filter spam fast.
