School children in Western Region express worry over corruption in society

Some school children engaged by the Local Accountability Network of the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition, have expressed worry over persistent corrupt practices by are state institutions and individuals in the society.

The students shared their experiences on corruption during this year’s engagement by the Local Accountability Network in schools of the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition, within the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis and Effia Kwesimintsim Municipality.

Mrs Beauty Emefa Narteh, the Executive Secretary, Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition in a speech read on her behalf by Mr Stephen Ernest Buah, a member of the Network said the GACC was reaching more students in this year’s campaign to learn, engage, and become champions of integrity.
