PAC pushes for effective use of GH¢25m by Tree Crops Development Authority

The Committee advised the company to comply with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, which regulates the procurement of goods, works and services using public funds.
The Committee made the call on the fifth day of public hearings on the 2025 audit reports, during which it commended the Authority’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr Andy Osei Okrah, and his management team for their work.
The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has urged the Tree Crops Development Authority to make productive use of about GH¢25 million in its account to support its operations and growth.
