NLA, Union reach consensus on salary issues after high-level talks

The Board and Management of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) have announced that consensus has been reached to resolve all outstanding issues following a high-level meeting involving government, the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, and local union executives.

The statement noted that the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission is amenable to Management’s initial proposal of a 12% salary increase, rather than the union’s proposal of 8%.
