Mike Oquaye Jnr dismisses Afenyo-Markin's 'scary bail' warning as 'political talk'

Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Dome-Kwabenya, Mike Oquaye Jnr, has described Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin’s remarks about possible future onerous bail conditions for Sammy Gyamfi as mere political talk.

He explained that Afenyo-Markin’s comments about Sammy Gyamfi potentially facing stringent bail conditions in the future were political in nature and should be understood within the context of partisan exchanges rather than as a new development.“We were in this country when Fiifi Kwetey said Kufuor had taken all Ghana’s gold reserves to his house, and when he was questioned, he said it was political talk.
