Gov’t committed to safeguarding Ghana’s peace through inclusive governance – Upper East Minister

The Upper East Regional Minister, Akamugri Donatus Atanga, has reaffirmed government’s commitment to protecting Ghana’s peace and stability through inclusive governance and improved socio-economic development.“The government of John Mahama remains steadfast to safeguarding Ghana’s peace through inclusive governance, quality education, youth employment, social protection, job creation and improved public service delivery.”The Regional Minister cautioned against complacency despite Ghana’s record of relative peace, noting that the evolving security situation in the West African sub-region demands sustained vigilance.
