Attention is one of an artiste’s most valuable currencies – Okyeame Kwame

Ghanaian musician Okyeame Kwame has described attention as one of the most valuable assets an artiste can have, emphasising the connection between creative expression, public visibility and scrutiny in the entertainment industry.“For an artiste, attention is one of the most valuable currencies aside from the art itself,” he added.

Speaking to Krakye on Rythymz One-on-One on GHOne TV, the award-winning musician said genuine artistic work naturally attracts attention, which often exposes artistes to public judgement and criticism.
