Asafo M/A Basic School gets STEM learning centre

The MTN Ghana Foundation has inaugurated a Science, Technology, Mathematics and Engineering (STEM) learning centre for the Asafo M/A Basic School in the Asokwa Municipality in the Ashanti Region.

Significant milestone Speaking at a ceremony to officially hand over the project to the school authorities, the General Manager of MTN Ghana’s Northern Business District, Nii Adotey Mingle, said the centre represented a significant milestone in MTN Ghana Foundation's commitment to advancing education and digital inclusion in Ghana.

In a remark, the Chief of Asokwa, Nana Fe-Baamoah II, who commended the MTN Ghana Foundation for the gesture, asked the school authorities and the assembly to monitor the project and ensure its regular maintenance to last longer.
