A coalition of 80 civil society organisations operating under the Citizens' Platform on Constitutional Reforms (CPCR) has welcomed the government's progress on constitutional reforms but is calling for the immediate publication of the full Constitutional Review Committee (CRC) report to promote transparency and meaningful public engagement."The credibility and legitimacy of the constitutional reform process will depend not only on the contents of the position paper but also on the transparency, inclusiveness and accountability of the process itself," the Platform stated."The Citizens' Platform on Constitutional Reforms is a coalition facilitated by CDD-Ghana, STAR-Ghana Foundation and Democracy Hub, bringing together civil society organisations, activists and citizens to promote accountability and public participation in Ghana's constitutional reform process.
