Govt to seek clarity on asylum seeker ruling at the High Court
The Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration says government will participate in a High Court hearing on the 29th of October, as it seeks clarity on the implementation of the Constitutional Court ruling on asylum seekers.
The High Court panel hearing will consider submissions that have the same bearing on the administrative implementations of the 7 July 2026 Constitutional Court judgment.
