Young Couple appeals for GH¢80,000 to save 5-year-old daughter with brain tumour

A young couple from Nkawkaw in the Eastern Region is appealing to the public and benevolent organisations for financial support to help save the life of their five-year-old daughter, Joycelyn Amoako, who has been diagnosed with a brain tumour.

However, the family says the more critical procedure surgery to remove the main tumour from Joycelyn’s brain is yet to be completed.

The first procedure has already been performed after doctors discovered that the tumour was blocking the flow of fluid within Joycelyn’s brain, causing the fluid to accumulate.
