Sammy Gyamfi yet to be served as lawyers notify High Court of authority to accept Afenyo-Markin’s writ

In a letter dated August 26, 2026, Ayine & Partners, solicitors for Mr Gyamfi, informed the Registrar of the High Court’s General Division in Accra that they had received the express instructions and authority of their client to accept service of the writ and accompanying court processes on his behalf.
