President Mahama holds high-level bilateral meetings with Jamaican leaders

03, GNA – President John Dramani Mahama on Monday held two separate high-level bilateral meetings with Jamaican leaders – Sir Patrick Allen, the Governor-General, and Prime Minister Andrew Michael Holness in Kingston, to deepen Ghana-Jamaica relations.

The engagement reaffirmed the longstanding historical and cultural bonds between Ghana and Jamaica, underscoring the shared commitment of both nations to deepening bilateral relations, advancing Pan-African cooperation, and strengthening collaboration in areas of mutual interest.

During the meeting with Prime Minister Holness, the two leaders discussed strengthening trade, investment, cultural exchange, and broader South-South cooperation between the two countries.
