President cannot appoint Majority Leader; Party must communicate change—Speaker Bagbin

Mr Bagbin made the clarification when Parliament reconvened on Monday, August 24, and read the President’s communication announcing Mr Agalga as the acting Majority Leader to Members of Parliament (MPs) on the Floor of the House.
