Ghana-Malta relations: Building a partnership for the future

Ronald Micallef The High Commissioner, who previously served as Malta’s resident Ambassador to Ethiopia and the African Union and as non-resident Ambassador to Rwanda and Djibouti, described his first year in Ghana as ‘a rollercoaster of a year’.
