Elim City unveils estate project at Dumasua
10, GNA – Elim City, a faith-based organisation, has launched a real estate project at Dumasua in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region to promote community development.
Dubbed “Elim City Estate,” the project is being undertaken by the church in partnership with Signum Development, a real estate developer.
According to him, land in the area currently sold for about GH¢150,000, but the Elim City Estate offered added value through access to shops, recreational facilities and other essential services.
