Dual Citizenship Headache: Will Ghanaians be ready for the new reality?

That is the question Ghanaians must begin asking as Parliament moves to remove restrictions that prevent some dual citizens from occupying certain high public offices, while countries such as Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom are increasingly enforcing rules that require citizens who hold more than one nationality to identify themselves according to the laws of each country.

So, to every Ghanaian holding two passports and every Ghanaian contemplating a second nationality, here is the question: When both countries demand that you identify yourself as their citizen, which country's rules will you be prepared to obey?
