A tribute to Dr. Isaac Bampoe Addo

On behalf of the Board, Management and Staff of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, and on my own behalf, I extend our deepest condolences to his family, the leadership and entire membership of CLOGSAG, Organised Labour, his colleagues, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him As we continue the important national conversation on the future of public-sector compensation and the establishment of IPEC, his contributions during what turned out to be his final engagement with us will remain part of that journey.

The news is particularly difficult to comprehend because only last Thursday and Friday, the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) had the privilege of being with Dr Bampoe Addo at its stakeholder engagement on the establishment of the Independent Public Emoluments Commission (IPEC) at the Lancaster Hotel.
