Keep your windows open or risk lung cancer - GAEC warns over deadly Radon gas

The Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC) is warning Ghanaians about the health risks of radon, a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can build up in poorly ventilated buildings and increase the risk of lung cancer. Environment Minister Dr Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings has urged households to improve ventilation and called for stronger measures to address radon exposure.
