This is an Organised Crime – PAC Ranking Member on 10 million MoH car loan debt | ThePulse (8-10-26) Ranking Member on Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC), Samuel Atta Mills, has criticised the Ministry of Health over the alleged failure to recover about GH¢10 million in car loans, describing the arrangement as “organised crime”. Mr Atta Mills made the remarks when officials of the Ministry of Health appeared before the Public Accounts Committee on October 8 to respond to concerns over vehicles provided to officials under a car loan arrangement. According to the Ranking Member, some beneficiaries who, in his view, did not qualify to drive official vehicles based on their salaries were nevertheless provided with cars under arrangements that allowed them to determine when and how they would repay the loans. #JoyNews https://www.myjoyonline.com/ghana-news/ Subscribe for more videos just like this: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChd1DEecCRlxaa0-hvPACCw/ Follow us on: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/joy997fm Twitter: https://twitter.com/Joy997FM Instagram: https://bit.ly/3J2l57
