Nationwide PVC collection begins Friday as voter register hits 103 million – INEC

The panel included the Commissioner of Police in charge of Election Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Abayomi Shogunle; Head of Mass Communication at the University of Lagos, Tayo Popoola; Creative Director of Gender Agenda and founder of WEWE Network Afrique, Adaora Sydney-Jack; and Executive Director of the International Press Centre, Lanre Arogundade.

Mr Amupitan, who is a professor and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), was represented at the conference by the Lagos Resident Electoral Commissioner, Ayobami Salami, who delivered his keynote address.
