Unemployed man gets six months jail term for committing three offences

In his caution statement, the accused person admitted and told the police that he damaged the burglar proof, entered without any permission, purposely to steal but after seeing the complaint’s wife, he became afraid and wanted to run away.

On July 17, 2026, at about 1000 hours, the complainant returned home from work and saw his burglar proof exit gate covered with a black pair of trousers.

He then saw the accused trying to escape from the house, so he arrested and handed him over to the Abuakwa Police.
