Ghana Trade House opens in London

The CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority (GIPA), Simon Madjie, in his remarks, stated that opening a Ghana Trade House in London, following the success in Philadelphia, demonstrated the forward-thinking partnerships Ghana needed to convert export potential into investment and shared prosperity.

The facility, launched in collaboration with the Ghana High Commission in the UK and its partners, is also expected to host sector-focused events, business to business meetings and themed promotions, connecting buyers not only with individual companies, but also with Ghana’s wider investment ecosystem, including trade and investment agencies that support export led growth.“By opening this Trade House, we are giving that partnership a new, everyday expression: Ghanaian products on display in London, backed by Ghanaian and British institutions committed to expanding trade and investment,” Ms Benson said.
