Fire destroys late Tamale Central MP Murtala’s family house

The Northern Regional Public Relations Officer of the Ghana National Fire Service, Assistant Divisional Officer Grade I Hudu Baba, many properties had already been destroyed by the time the response team arrived at the scene.
The property, which happens to be the family house of the late Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Dr Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, was destroyed by fire, displacing occupants.
