Defender magazine to preserve Omane Boamah’s legacy of service and integrity – Ato Forson

Speaking at a ceremony to unveil a cenotaph in memory of the late minister, Dr Ato Forson said the commemorative edition of the Defender magazine would serve as a resource for future military leaders, public servants, researchers, and Ghanaians seeking to understand the values that guided Dr Omane Boamah’s public service.

Acting Minister for Defence, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, has launched a special commemorative edition of the Defender magazine in honour of the late former Defence Minister, Dr Edward Kofi Omane Boamah.

He added that the greatest tribute to the late minister would not only be the cenotaph or publication but the collective commitment to uphold the principles he represented — integrity, humility, professionalism, accountability, and service above self.
