COP Lydia Donkor mentors young girls through JFC’s WELL GIRLS programme

The Junior Football Camp (JFC) has continued its mission of empowering young girls beyond football, with the third session of its WELL GIRLS mentorship programme featuring Commissioner of Police (COP) Lydia Donkor, Director-General of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.

Built around four pillars - Wellness, Empowerment through Education, Leadership Development, and a Lifestyle that Prioritises Health - the initiative seeks to equip young girls with the confidence, resilience and leadership skills needed to succeed in school, sport and life.

As part of the programme, COP Donkor selected four girls who aspire to join the Ghana Police Service to become her mentees in a structured leadership and personal development initiative.
