Anglican Diocese of Kumasi ordains 7 into priesthood

The Anglican Diocese of Kumasi has ordained four reverend fathers and three deacons with a call on them to serve God and their congregation to the best of their abilities towards the growth of God’s work.
Quoting from Joshua 1:1-9, he indicated that in today’s world, it was very difficult to get people to volunteer to do God’s work, saying “some run away from becoming priests, church wardens and even leaders of various societies within the church”.
Fr Boateng, who is also the Bishop’s Chaplain and the Parish Priest of the St Peter's Anglican Church, Asawase, charged them to bring to bear the various gifts given to them by God and further advised them against allowing anyone to suppress their God-given gifts.
