Cassiel Ato Forson has announced that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board has approved the 4th review of Ghana's Extended Credit Facility (ECF) Programme, clearing the way for a fresh $370 million disbursement to support the country's ongoing economic recovery efforts.
Sharing the news on his official Facebook page, Dr.
Forson described the approval as a significant breakthrough that confirms Ghana's dedication to fiscal discipline and sustainable economic reforms. "The IMF Executive Board has just approved Ghana's 4th Review under the ECF Programme, clearing the path for a substantial $370 million disbursement!" he wrote.
