Guinness World Record sing-a-thon attemptee, Afua Asantewaa has finally brought to the limelight why she was unable to share news of her disqualification with Ghanaians.

Afua Asantewaa claims the time the Guinness World Record reached out to her with her result was a time she had no access to all her social media handles.

Meanwhile, the Guinness World Record has released another statement to give details about why they disqualified Ghanaian internet sensation, Afua Asantewaa even though to her and Ghanaians, she followed all the rules and completed it successfully.

 ‘Unfortunately, Afua’s Guinness World Record attempt for the longest singing marathon was not successful, but we hope that she will make another attempt soon

We wish Afua the best of luck with any future record attempt”, they wrote.

Well, the GWR has released another statement to reveal why they had no option but to disqualify the  Guinness World Record sing-a-thon attempted

According to them in their new post, Afua did not follow all the guidelines of the Guinness World Record in her attempt to break the record of the longest singing marathon.
