The Tourism Minister Should Change Akwaaba Village to Afua Asantewaa's Stage- Husband Of Afua Asantewaa Says

Owusu is of the view that his wife has projected Ghana, and the Akwaaba village globally so well that many people have gotten to know of the aforementioned places.

The husband of Afua Asantewaa believes that had it not been his wife’s sing-a-thon attempt, many people wouldn’t have gotten to know of Ghana and the Akwaaba village.

According to him, Akwaaba village is a perfect name so there is no need to change it, however, the tourism minister can name a place within the Akwaaba village after his wife, suggesting Afua Asantewaa’s corner or Afua Asantewaa’s stage.
