Land feud: Samira Bawumia's brother ignored Kufuor's mediation - Kennedy Agyapong's brother speaks

He alleged that Fred Oware, acting on the instructions of John Kufuor, called on Abu Ramadan to exercise patience but his call was not heeded by the second lady's brother.

So, he (ex-President Kufuor) called Fred Oware and told him what was going on and said they could not call the vice president because he was travelling to South Africa.

We met him (Fred Oware) and told him everything and he said he would call Abu Ramadan because he (Abu Ramadan) was fronting for his sister (Samira Bawumia),” he narrated in Twi.

Oti Bonsu said that after Fred Oware got in touch with Abu Ramadan, he (Ramadan) told him (Oware) that their father bought the said land when he was an officer of the Ghana Police Service.

“Fred told him that we should meet and he (Ramadan) asked what was there to discuss again.

And Fred told him that ‘an elder has brought an issue before me and so I have to go and give him a response.

“Abu Ramadan said he was going to see his father and Fred Oware would hear from him after he meets his father.
