Screenshots of Afua Asantewaa's Chat With GWR Trends Online

In the wake of Afua Asantewaa’s disqualification by the Guinness World Record, numerous screenshots reported to be a chat that transpired between the duo have surfaced online.

The chat, which started on January 8 has the Guinness World Record for texting Afua Asantewaa if she had more footage to add to what she had already sent.

Meanwhile, the Guinness World Record has released another statement to give details about why they disqualified Ghanaian internet sensation, Afua Asantewaa even though to her and Ghanaians, she followed all the rules and completed it successfully.

 ‘Unfortunately, Afua’s Guinness World Record attempt for the longest singing marathon was not successful, but we hope that she will make another attempt soon

We wish Afua the best of luck with any future record attempt”, they wrote.

Well, the GWR has released another statement to reveal why they had no option but to disqualify the  Guinness World Record sing-a-thon attempted

According to them in their new post, Afua did not follow all the guidelines of the Guinness World Record in her attempt to break the record of the longest singing marathon.
