Sindane’s bid to block his subpoena at Madlanga struck from roll

Sindane is due before the probe over phone content (text messages ) between himself and associate, Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni that suggest an alleged extortion racket.

The phone content has already been read into the record last week after Sindane’s bid to interdict the flighting of the messages was dismissed with costs.
