Top Ghanaian Celebrities Step Out in Their Numbers to Support Nationwide Clean-Up Exercise

Some of Ghana’s biggest names in the entertainment industry on Saturday, July 11, 2026, as they joined thousands of Ghanaians in the second day of the nationwide clean-up exercise declared by President John Dramani Mahama following the recent devastating floods.

Among the notable personalities who turned out were Executive Secretary of the National Film Authority, Kafui Danku-Pitcher; veteran actors Fred Amugi and Adjetey Anang, actress Roselyn Ngissah; actor, farmer and politician John Dumelo; and several other actors, actresses and filmmakers who dedicated their morning to cleaning public spaces.

The nationwide exercise followed President Mahama’s declaration of Friday, July 10, and Saturday, July 11, 2026, as National General Cleaning Days across the seven regions affected by the recent floods.
