Sammy Gyamfi threatens legal action over ‘false’ GH¢200m GoldBod allegations

Lawyers for Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board, Sammy Gyamfi, have issued a legal notice directing individuals and media organisations to immediately cease the publication and dissemination of what they describe as false and defamatory allegations linking him to an alleged GH¢200 million scandal.

They also rejected claims that Dominic Bonsu absconded with GH¢200 million belonging to the Ghana Gold Board, describing the allegation as false, fabricated and without any factual or legal foundation., following the circulation of claims on traditional and social media platforms alleging that one Dominic Bonsu was his bodyguard and had absconded with GH¢200 million belonging to the Ghana Gold Board.
