MTN Ghana positions fibre, digital platforms as drivers of digital future

04, GNA – MTN Ghana says it is strengthening investments in digital services, fibre broadband and mobile financial solutions to accelerate Ghana’s digital transformation, while providing customers with convenient and innovative services.

Nii Adotey Mingle, the General Manager for MTN Ghana’s Northern Business District, said the company’s strategy was to place more digital tools in the hands of customers, enabling them to access a wide range of services through digital platforms without ing physical service centres.

Mr Mingle said customers could now perform several activities on the MyMTN App, including acquiring SIM cards, paying utility bills, purchasing airtime and data bundles, and accessing other digital services from the comfort of their homes.
