Justice Atuguba questions absence of ministerial role for Dr Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings

The retired Supreme Court Justice also referred to speculation on social media suggesting that Dr Agyeman-Rawlings had been tipped for a deputy ministerial appointment in the health sector.
