NDC Deputy General Secretary Mustapha Gbande NDC Deputy General Secretary Mustapha Gbande has denied ordering the arrest of Manhyia South MP Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, saying he only argued that the MP should cooperate with EOCO.“I did not say that I ordered the arrest of the Manhyia South MP.

Gbande said Awuah should have appeared before EOCO despite his concerns about the manner in which the agency initially attempted to arrest him.
