‘I am ready to be sacked from the NPP’ – Chairman Butey

According to him, he remains firm in his position against the amendments approved at the party’s recent National Delegates Conference, which, among other changes, sought to make the flagbearer the leader of the party instead of the National Chairman.

According to him, during the delegates’ conference, he did not initiate any amendment to make the party’s flagbearer its leader instead of the chairman, insisting that he rejected the amendment.

Chairman Butey additionally noted that he had filed a motion at the court challenging the amendment that sought to make the party’s flagbearer its leader.
