Godfred Dame files motion to compel AG, BNI to produce former NAFCO CEO to Court
“The learned Attorney-General will, on Monday, seek a review of the court order which granted MR ALUDIBA leave to travel out of the country.”Lawyers of embattled former Chief Executive Officer of NAFCO, Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba, led by former Attorney General (AG) Godfred Yeboah Dame, have filed a notice of motion for an order of Habeas Corpus at the High Court.
They are also seeking an order for the respondents (AG and BNI) to comply with a previous court order dated June 29, 2026, which granted leave to the applicant to travel out of the jurisdiction.
