Court of Appeal frees former MASLOC CEO Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu; overturns 10-year jail term
This was after the three-member panel presided over by Justice Emmanuel Ankamah held that the prosecution failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt the guilt of the accused on all the charges.
The 94-page judgment, according to the panel which also includes Justice Emmanuel Amedahe and Justice Samuel Deiwoo, will be made available in full by close of today.
