Cambridge University’s professor Jason Arday at centre of plagiarism row resigns

It comes after another academic - self-defined "race realist" Nathan Cofnas, who was sacked from his Cambridge role in 2024 - said he found numerous instances of plagiarism in Arday's work and questioned some of his stated achievements."Separately, there remains a number of ongoing complaints regarding academic misconduct, which are being handled in line with our Misconduct in Research policy," the University of Cambridge said in a statement.

Earlier on Wednesday, the university said its inquiry had begun "following new information" about Arday's "academic qualifications and honorary appointments".
