The former Chief Executive Officer of defunct Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, has told an Accra High Court that although the Bank of Ghana was never a shareholder or director of his companies, the Central Bank was the brain behind its business models.

Adamah further put to him that in August 2016, he through Menzbanc entered into an agreement with the Government of Ghana to purchase and export gold.
