Ablakwa donates 100 chest freezers to Juapong market women ahead of 24-Hour Economy Market project

The donation is intended to cushion traders who have been relocated to make way for the construction of the new market, which forms part of the government's 24-Hour Economy initiative aimed at modernising market infrastructure and expanding economic opportunities.

The Member of Parliament for North Tongu and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has donated 100 chest freezers to market women in Juapong to support their businesses during the temporary relocation for the construction of the Mahama 24-Hour Economy Market.

According to him, the Mahama 24-Hour Economy Market will provide a modern trading environment, promote local commerce and create better opportunities for businesses in the area.
