Former Ghana midfielder Stephen Appiah has urged Black Stars coaches to make bold decisions despite the repercussions involved.

This comes after Black Stars head coach Otto Addo faced scrutiny recently for his decision to omit captain André Ayew from the team's June and September international matches.
