Asante Kotoko head coach Abdul Karim Zito has set his sights on revenge when his side faces Bibiani Gold Stars in the Champion of Champions clash this Sunday, August 31, at the Dun's Park in Bibiani.
Kick-off is at 15:00 GMT.
The fixture brings together the MTN FA Cup winners Kotoko and the Ghana Premier League champions Gold Stars in the traditional curtain raiser to usher in the 2025/26 season.
This will be the second meeting between the two clubs in just over a week, after Gold Stars edged Kotoko 2-1 in the GHALCA Top 4 final â a defeat that left the Porcupine Warriors frustrated.
