German-born Ghanaian winger Ernest Poku has described Bayer Leverkusen as a "big club" after completing his transfer from AZ Alkmaar on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old joins the Bundesliga champions in a â¬12 million deal, including bonuses, and has signed a contract until June 2030.
Poku, who was born in Hamburg and has represented the Netherlands at U21 level, made 48 league appearances and featured 10 times in the UEFA Europa League for AZ.
His current market value is â¬4 million.
