Experienced Black Queens forward Sherifatu Sumaila says Ghana's senior players are determined to help steer the younger members of the squad through their WAFCON 2024 semifinal clash against Morocco.
Sumaila, one of the more seasoned members of the team, voiced strong belief in the tactical approach of head coach Kim Lars Björkegren as the Black Queens prepare for their biggest test of the tournament.
Ghana face host nation Morocco at the Stade Olympique de Rabat on Tuesday, July 22, with a place in the final at stake.
After a nervy start to the competition, Ghana have found their rhythm and are now one step away from a first WAFCON final since 2006.
