The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament has directed the Ministry of Energy to work with the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the police to arrest Ms.
Yaa Serwaa Gyan, a former staff member who allegedly absconded after taking a fully paid study leave.
According to the Auditor-General's report, Ms.
Gyan was granted a study leave with pay amounting to over GH₵120,000, with the agreement that she would return to serve her bond term.
